ABOUT PODAI HEALTH MOBILITY UK

PodAI Health Mobility UK is a health-technology venture being developed to improve access to preventative foot-health screening for elderly, diabetic-risk and mobility-limited patients. Our model combines mobile healthcare delivery, certified diagnostic devices, AI-assisted risk reporting, remote health communication and professional clinical oversight to support early awareness of foot-health concerns and timely referral where further review may be required. We are building PodAI to make foot-health screening more accessible, more organised and closer to the people who need it most.

Who We Are

PodAI Health Mobility UK is designed as a mobile-first healthcare innovation focused on preventative foot-health support. Many vulnerable patients face difficulty attending regular clinic appointments due to age, reduced mobility, care-home restrictions, transport challenges or health-related limitations. PodAI is being developed to address this gap by bringing structured screening support directly to care homes, private residences and community-based settings. Our approach is built around responsible digital health innovation — using technology to support screening, reporting and communication without replacing qualified medical judgement.

Why PodAI Was Created

PodAI was created to respond to a real healthcare access challenge. Foot-health concerns can become more serious when warning signs are missed, when patients are unable to attend regular checks or when communication between patients, families and care providers is unclear. This is especially important for elderly individuals, diabetic-risk patients and people with limited mobility. For many patients, the challenge is not only medical. It is also practical: Travelling to a clinic may be difficult. Family members may not be fully informed. Care providers may need clearer records. Patients may not know when a concern requires further review. Preventative screening may not happen early enough. PodAI is being developed to support earlier awareness, better documentation and more organised communication around foot-health concerns.

What Makes PodAI Different

PodAI is not being built as a traditional clinic. It is being developed as a mobile, technology-enabled and prevention-focused care model.

Our difference lies in the combination of:

  • Mobile foot-health screening access
  • AI-assisted risk reporting
  • Certified diagnostic and monitoring devices
  • Remote reporting for authorised recipients
  • Professional clinical oversight
  • Care-home and community-based delivery
  • Partnership with healthcare and technology organisations
  • A preventative approach focused on early awareness and timely referral

This model is designed to support patients who may otherwise struggle to access regular preventative foot-health screening.

Our Approach

Accessibility

We aim to bring foot-health screening closer to patients through mobile care delivery. This is especially important for elderly individuals, care-home residents and patients with mobility limitations.

Prevention

Our focus is on early awareness and preventative support. By helping identify possible concerns earlier, PodAI aims to encourage timely referral and reduce avoidable delays.

Responsible Technology

PodAI uses AI-assisted tools to support structured screening reports, risk indicators and communication workflows. These tools are intended to support screening and reporting, not replace qualified medical diagnosis or clinical judgement.

Clinical Governance

We recognise that healthcare innovation must be safe, responsible and compliant. PodAI’s future service delivery will be subject to appropriate professional oversight, data protection standards, medical-device compliance and applicable UK healthcare requirements.
